The discovery call is a conversation lasting 60-90 minutes during which we understand your profile, goals, strengths and weaknesses where you might want our support. This is not a coaching call, but rather an interactive session that helps us get a deep understanding of your expectations, career objectives, your timelines, goals, motivations, and what you want to accomplish. We will ask focused questions that will help us identify areas that require our extended support and to set the stage for our collaboration. During this call, you will also understand how our approach is different from other career coaching / job search services that you might already have tried or experienced. Following the discovery call, we will collaboratively create a baseline application strategy and engagement plan that will best work for you.
