How does career coaching work?2018-09-03T15:48:27+02:00

Why can’t I figure this out myself?2018-09-03T15:52:56+02:00

If you are like most of our clients, job / internship search or university admissions is something you do, perhaps, a few time in your lifetime. However, we are in the business of admissions and career advisory. We have helped several hundreds of clients like yourself and helped them avoid making the same mistakes that you might be making. In other words, we have gathered a lot of experience from our successes and failures. You don’t need a career advisor or admissions consultant to land a job or get an admit at a university. Nevertheless, having a support system, an experienced team, and trusted partners like INTRVU by your side will help you reach your goals much, much faster and avoid a lot of frustrations and mistakes along the way.

Do you have references I can speak with?2020-06-17T13:18:20+02:00

Yes, we have references who would love to share their success stories with you. Some of our clients and workshop participants have shared their feedback in appreciation of the quality service we rendered for them and their successful outcomes. However, we request you not to reach out directly to our references in consideration of  their privacy. If you wish to speak to our referees, please contact us and we’re more than happy to make the introductions.

How long does an engagement last?2018-09-03T15:43:35+02:00

Typically, we strive to complete each client engagement within 6 weeks, so that you can focus on applying to opportunities, instead of waiting for our deliverables. However, this duration also depends on your timelines, goals, financial situation, and the package you purchased. We coach you as a person, not drag you through a process. This means, we adapt our engagement process to meet your constraints. Likewise, we also expect your time and commitment in the process.

Do you do coaching in person or over the phone?2018-09-03T15:39:03+02:00

Both. We primarily coach over the phone but also offer sessions via Skype / Google Hangouts. We also offer in person advisory sessions in Berlin and Heidelberg, where we operate from.

Can you guarantee that I will land a job?2018-09-03T15:38:22+02:00

Nobody can offer such guarantees, but what we can assure you is that we will revise your application documents to get them through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leading to more interviews. Along the process, we also offer valuable insights to ensure that your job search process is smooth and structured.  The application process is complex and there are several moving parts (budget, finances, recruitment plans, politics, strategic outlook, etc.) within a company that are beyond our control. So, we commit only to those aspects that are within our sphere of influence – ATS and beyond. Beating the ATS will significantly enhance your chances and get your application reviewed by a human recruiter. This is the promise we make.

Can I pay for your services after I get a job / internship?2018-09-03T15:34:02+02:00
