Typically, we strive to complete each client engagement within 6 weeks, so that you can focus on applying to opportunities, instead of waiting for our deliverables. However, this duration also depends on your timelines, goals, financial situation, and the package you purchased. We coach you as a person, not drag you through a process. This means, we adapt our engagement process to meet your constraints. Likewise, we also expect your time and commitment in the process.

Both. We primarily coach over the phone but also offer sessions via Skype / Google Hangouts. We also offer in person advisory sessions in Berlin and Heidelberg, where we operate from.

Our one day workshops last anywhere between 4 and 8 hours. We have also conducted 2 day workshops. Depending on the expected outcomes, we customize the coursework, content and curriculum. Workshops spread over several days are possible.

Nobody can offer such guarantees, but what we can assure you is that we will revise your application documents to get them through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leading to more interviews. Along the process, we also offer valuable insights to ensure that your job search process is smooth and structured.  The application process is complex and there are several moving parts (budget, finances, recruitment plans, politics, strategic outlook, etc.) within a company that are beyond our control. So, we commit only to those aspects that are within our sphere of influence – ATS and beyond. Beating the ATS will significantly enhance your chances and get your application reviewed by a human recruiter. This is the promise we make.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver services before you pay for them. Our services entail significant investment in terms of time, resources and expertise. Like all organisations, we can only render our services to candidates that value our expertise and are willing to pay for our services.

We understand the budgetary constraints of students. In consideration, we offer coupons that offset some of your costs. As our services are extremely customised and we work one-on-one with you, we don’t offer additional discounts.

Generally, anywhere between 30 and 90 students participate in our workshops. Each advisor can handle 30 – 50 participants in a workshop. For class sizes exceeding 30 participants, we bring in another advisor to manage the workload during workshop. To deliver more personalised attention to the participants and to deliver the most impact to your participants, we recommend that a class size does not exceed 30.

Our workshop prices depend on the number of participants and the duration of the workshops. Our presence workshops are usually conducted at the institutions that engage us to deliver our workshops. Correspondingly, we align with the institution’s registration approach. If our client wants to organise the workshop as an open event, we will plan our workshop accordingly. On the other hand, if the client wants us to deliver our workshop to select audience, we can do that as well. Each advisor delivering the workshop can handle 30-50 participants. Correspondingly, our prices and workshop structures differ depending on the number of participants, workshop focus, and focus areas. No, we do not promise our clients that we will secure an admit for them. In our view, promising our clients that we can secure them an admit is highly unethical. This is because most German public universities independently make admit / reject decisions. No private sector market player (as INTRVU) cannot influence their decisions. We do, however, employ our experience, software tools and data, market insights, and network to help clients maximize their admissions chances. So far, 99.99% of our clients have achieved their objectives of securing admits to European academic institutions. Our transparency, customer obsession and diligence in each client engagement has helped achieve this success rate, despite our ‘no promises’ posture. We do not set unrealistic expectations among our clients to secure their business. So, we cannot promise an admit. We do, however, promise an excellent quality of service and individual attention that our clients deserve.

We do not want to let the financials disrupt the flow of our engagements. Hence, an upfront purchase is mandatory before commencing an engagement.

Engagement is the term we use for our client projects. Our clients in the center of everything we do. We chose the term Engagement to signify the long-term nature of relationships we nurture with our clients. We probably would decrease our prices in the future. Since 2015, our prices have gone down from € 1759 (in 2015) to € 849 (in 2021) over 8 price cuts. We have made several advances and innovations in our engagements that have resulted in substantial cost and effort savings. We are known for our customer obsession among prospective applicants. To demonstrate our client focus, we decided early on that we will pass on the savings to our clients, instead of maintaining our sticky prices or raising them. Each client engagement offers us learning to improve our processes, tools, data, etc. These improvements have a direct, cost savings benefit. We pass on these cost savings by adjusting our prices downwards, so our future clients could benefit from the reduced prices. As a current / prospective client of ours, you are not at a disadvantage. The benefits you’ll enjoy during your engagement are products of our learning and innovations from our previous engagements. Furthermore, the tools and data we leverage came about through an evolution in our process and technology maturity over a course of several engagements. This means, you’ll directly benefit from that learning and experience. We will leverage these to your advantage during your engagement to put you at a distinct advantage over other competitors (applicants) to European universities.

In short, yes!

There are a multitude of reasons why your grades were low. But, that should not discourage you from applying to European academic institutions and pursue your dreams.

Overall, grades are one aspect of an applicant’s profile. Approximately 67% of our clients have relatively weak academic scores, but strong overall applicant profile.

As career advisors, we assess the reasons for your poor grades during the Discovery Call, understand your strengths and architect strategies to overcome those shortcomings.

Furthermore, we also help formulate a compelling story in your application package that showcases your strengths and presents you as a formidable graduate school applicant.

Our admissions success rate is well over 99.99% , which means that our strategies are effective and benefit our clients.

Grades and test scores are, nevertheless, important dimensions that admissions committee evaluate. You should overcome weak academic / test scores through compelling application essays that strike a chord with the admissions committee.

As far as we have experienced our lives in Europe, we have observed no racism. There are a few cases that were reported by the Press where some International students were abused due to their race. Fortunately, none our clients have experienced racism of any kind in Europe. In general, Europe is an inclusive and equitable society. Racism that the International students experienced are exceptions than the rule.
